I have a friend on the RF forum who is VERY artistic.  I can’t draw a straight line or a round circle!  It amazes me to see the work of creative people!  Anyway…  I was sharing a visual picture in my head, two scenes that I have in mind since college, and she created it into an actual image, which she let me entitle,  “Finding Freedom”.

This image says so much to me.  The theme, “Finding Freedom”, has been the story of my life.  In many ways, the person in the picture is ME!  I used to feel so shackled by the past, life’s problems, uncertainty, and yes even obesity.  But, as I experience life and seek new ways to be healthy (emotional, psychological, physical), the chains seem to fall away.  I like the beautiful woman in the picture who is dancing.  It reflects LIVING!  BEING!  DOING!  And, not just merely existing.
